Before I discovered fulfillment and Despatch Bros, I was processing and packing all of my website orders from my small home office and running them down to the local post office in the afternoon.
Going on holiday was a nightmare… I’d come home to a couple of hundred orders to process which took me days to eventually work through. Not to mention our home was slowly becoming half house/half Happystride warehouse. It just wasn’t conducive to family life with boxes of stock spread over several rooms in the house.
